All of our data is GDPR and PECR compliant. Everything we collect is readily available on the internet and we do not share any personal data. Limited companies and certain partnerships can be contacted provided you have a legitimate business proposition and they are given an option to unsubscribe from further contact. Other types of companies can be contacted if they have subscribed and agreed to receive marketing emails (we do not provide contact details to these companies). To keep in line with regulations, we keep our data continuously cleansed. We also provide our clients a URL source of where we found the information online.

Our data has a much higher percentage of accuracy than what most data providers can promise. We keep our data cleansed and regularly re-verified to make sure it’s fully up-to-date. We also frequently email contacts within our database and on average receive less than a 1% bounce back rate.

The data provided will be business contact details. These fields can include (but are not limited to); First name, surname, job title, company name, website, branch address, postcode, number of fee earners, direct email address, source of email address, telephone number, practice area/s etc.
